FOCUS: Couples, Families, Individuals
I enjoy working with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and the relationships in their lives. I have a particular interest in dating and relationship concerns, attachment, intimacy, communication, breakups, infidelity, and the patterns we sometimes find ourselves repeating.
Dating and relationships can bring up a lot; whether you’re trying to figure out what you want, struggling to find the right partner, feeling stuck in the same dating patterns, having difficulty opening up, or questioning whether a relationship is working for you. I enjoy working with both men and women through these experiences without assuming that there is one “right” way to date or have a relationship.
With couples, I focus on understanding what is happening between both partners and helping them communicate more openly, feel more connected, and work through areas where they feel stuck.
My style is warm, conversational, and straightforward. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about what is actually happening in your life without feeling judged. We’ll look at where certain patterns may come from, but we’ll also focus on what you can do differently moving forward.
I believe we are all made for connection. Whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, or trying to figure out what comes next, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and build relationships that feel healthy and authentic to you.
