Dr. Viviana Coles on KHOU- To sext or not to sext?

To Sex or Not to Sext

by Mia Gradney / KHOU 11 News khou.com Posted on July 31, 2013 at 10:50 AM

We know the fallout that can come with sexting, but who could stand to benefit? Is there a right way to do it… or are some things better left alone. Communication is key in life and in love. A Tomball couple is happy in love after six years of marriage. They attribute their great relationship to an open line of communication that sometimes includes “romantic” messages. Experts say it can be healthy for a happily married husband and wife to sext each other. A little spice is nice according to Houston couples and sex therapist Dr. Viviana Coles. “Sexting does have a place in marriages, couples relationships, monogamous relationships,” Dr. Coles said. “ I think it’s positive way to stay in touch throughout the day.”
